Who we are
Tanzania Women CEO Round Table (TWCR) is an non profit organization established in 2018.
This organization brings together Women leaders who own or lead businesses in both private and public sector.
TWCR aims at integrating women business leaders who are the decision makers,
drive business’s strategic plan and the lead change agent for example CEO, Chairman,
President, Director and Principal.
TWCR provides a platform for experts, upscaling women, and youth to meet, engage, network and learn with a key focus on leadership skills, ethics and etiquette through events, trainings, coaching and mentorship sessions..

We host a variety of training programs on specific topics in Leadership Development, Business Growth and Commercial Strategy to prepare young female business leaders for future opportunities and challenges.
