Who we are
Tanzania Women CEO Round Table (TWCR) is an non profit organization established in 2018.
This organization brings together Women leaders who own or lead businesses in both private and public sector.
TWCR aims at integrating women business leaders who are the decision makers,
drive business’s strategic plan and the lead change agent for example CEO, Chairman,
President, Director and Principal.
TWCR provides a platform for experts, upscaling women, and youth to meet, engage, network and learn with a key focus on leadership skills, ethics and etiquette through events, trainings, coaching and mentorship sessions.

To create an environment for mass of women business leaders who pose as successful figures in leadership and role models to build mutual trust, care, and integrity while helping one another generate and maintain accountability to self and pointing out blind spots
Our Mission
To provide a platform of Executive leaders for networking with peer level, value the accomplishment, challenge prospective and support the drive to success.
Our Objectives
The main objective of TWCR is to advocate for excellence, promote unity and support among businesswomen in order to improve their social stature, to maintain a progressive interest in business life, and to be of service to humankind.
