Leadership Training & Networking 2023
The CEO Ms. Emma Kawawa and other Board members Christina Giannakopoulos & Fortunata Temu present at the 9th Women CEOs Roundtable Meeting 3rd June 2023 at Ramada Resort Hotel. This is a unique space/platform for Women leaders both private and public, women business led, professionals and youth meet to network, share and learn from one another to scaling up. Our speakers had insightful presentations whereby integrity and values are key in our all our activities.
Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2023
The TWCR Annual General Meeting is an essential event where members gather to review our achievements, set new goals, and celebrate the year’s progress. The AGM includes an awards ceremony to recognize outstanding members for their contributions and impact in the field. Girl Summit 2020
This summit with the Theme “Self-awareness, Health and Opportunities” in aiming to bring together young girls who have completed their studies, job seekers or self-employed as Brand ambassadors, Marketers, Ushers and Models in the Country. The aim is to Inspire, Mentor and give basics of Health in Good lifestyle, well being, Self-awareness, Mindset change and Opportunities in Business.
Pan African Women CEO Forum 2019
This event took place 28th to 30th of August 2019. The theme "Innovative Leadership in a Growth Mindset" guided our event, focusing on empowering leaders to embrace adaptability and foster a culture of continuous learning. Participants explored strategies to inspire creativity, tackle challenges, and support team development, all through the lens of a growth mindset. This event highlighted the importance of innovative thinking for both personal and organizational growth, leaving a lasting impact on attendees and their approach to leadership.
Induction 2018
The Tanzania Women CEOs Roundtable (TWCR) was born out of an inspiring discussion on this date, where leading women executives gathered to envision a new era for women in business leadership. This foundational meeting laid the groundwork for TWCR, highlighting our mission to empower, connect, and advocate for women in leadership across Tanzania. This historic gathering marked the start of TWCR’s journey to drive change, amplify women’s voices, and set a strong foundation for future women leaders in Tanzania.
