TWCR was founded in 2018 with a clear vision of creating a supportive community for women business leaders in Tanzania. Over the years, we have grown into a vibrant network of female leaders committed to excellence, ethical leadership, and collective growth. We have launched numerous initiatives aimed at enhancing leadership capabilities, promoting ethical business practices, and advancing the role of women in leadership.

A Brief History of TWCR
Founded in 2018, the Tanzania Women CEO Round Table (TWCR) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting and empowering women leaders across Tanzania. TWCR serves as a dynamic platform for networking, mentorship, and continuous development for women who own or lead businesses in both the private and public sectors. Our mission is to elevate women in leadership roles by promoting ethical leadership, sustainable business practices, and greater representation in decision-making positions.
